在我看来, 长期的过量糖分的摄入对身体的危害还是很大的.
大家可以在平时有意识的控制一下糖分的摄入, 比如购买商品的时候有意识的观察一下配料表(如果有的话), 减少高糖食品的摄入等.
这或许是一个漫长的过程, 其中可能会有一些困难, 但若是坚持下来, 不仅身体能够健康一些, 所获的的成就感也是不可言喻的.
