我开了一个工单去问是否需要付费。官方是这么回复的。
No, you don`t need to. You`ll still get 2TB free bandwidth. The reason your portal is showing less than the total bandwidth of the plan is because the total bandwidth is prorated over the 672 hour monthly billing cycle. This will repeat every billing cycle.
For example:
2000GB monthly allowance
2000GB / 672hr = 3GB/hr bandwidth usage allowed.
- At deployment, it shows X/3GB available.
- After 3 hours active, it should show X/9GB bandwidth available, X being the bandwidth remaining based on what you have used up to that point.
- After 672 hours active, it would show X/2000GB available.
- This will repeat every billing cycle.

@threekey 没有流量，貌似还是需要购买流量的。
