Responsibilities:
Be a team leader in problem resolution and team building activities.
Monitor workflows in accordance with the daily planner and escalate any issues to management on a timely basis.
Perform the review of all taxation and financial accounting products, focusing on attention to detail and accuracy of work. Ensure all clients reporting are delivered in accordance with the SLA with the home site or otherwise agreed timetable.

Responsibilities:
